How We Work

Process

Four stages, one constant: your brief drives everything. We adapt our process to your timeline, your location, and the way you make decisions.

01
Stage one
Brief & Discovery

We begin with an extended conversation — not a form. We want to understand how you actually live: your daily rhythms, what bothers you about spaces you've been in, what you remember about rooms that felt right. We ask about light, sound, materials, the things you collect, the way you cook.

This stage typically involves one or two video calls and a written brief that we prepare and send to you for confirmation. No assumptions. Everything verified.

Stage two
Concept & Design

We develop the spatial concept — how space is distributed, how rooms relate to each other, where light enters. Alongside this: mood boards, material palettes, furniture references. Everything is presented as a coherent whole, not a collection of options.

We present and refine. Some clients approve in one round. Others need three. We stay until it feels right — not just correct on paper, but genuinely right for you.

Stage three
Technical Documentation

Complete technical drawings and specifications — wall layouts, ceiling plans, electrical and plumbing schemes, furniture placement, fixture lists, finish schedules. Everything a local contractor needs to build exactly what was designed.

Our documentation is prepared to European standards and is contractor-ready regardless of country. We have experience handing documentation to builders in the UAE, France, Germany, and across Eastern Europe.

Support & Completion

We remain available through the build. We review contractor work, answer questions, resolve discrepancies between drawing and site. For remote projects, we coordinate via regular photo and video updates from the site.

The level of involvement during build varies by project. Some clients prefer weekly check-ins; others reach out only when decisions arise. We adapt to what the project needs.

Each project is priced individually.

We don't publish rates — not because we are evasive, but because the right fee depends on the scope, complexity, and level of involvement your project requires.

We discuss this openly during our first conversation. You will have a clear number before any commitment. No surprises, no hidden fees.

We work with clients who value what we do and understand that good design is an investment in how they live — not a line item to optimise.

Let's talk about your project.

A short conversation is usually enough to understand whether we're the right fit.
