A country estate for a family who knew exactly what they wanted — and were patient enough to wait for it. The brief arrived with three words: space, warmth, permanence. We held them throughout every decision.

At 570 square metres, the house is generous but never excessive. The living areas are open and connected to the landscape; the private quarters are layered and calm. Materials were chosen for how they age: natural stone, solid oak, aged metal, plaster finished by hand. Nothing that would look worse in twenty years.

A house that will be handed down, not replaced. That was the ambition, and it was the right one.
